    Washing a wooden cutting board with dish soap and water are critical to keeping it clean. Avoid the dishwasher here to preserve the quality.
    When you need a deep clean you can use coarse salt and a lemon.

    A great trick is to get a thin kitchen towel wet and wring out as much water as possible. Lay it under your board and this will help keep your board from slipping.

    We recommend using a little mineral oil on the board to keep it well moisturized.
