Ingredients
- 2 slices of sourdough, toasted
- 2 tbsp mascarpone
- 2 tsp basil, thinly sliced
- 2 figs, sliced
- Pistachios, chopped
- Honey for drizzling
- Smoked sea salt for sprinkling

STEP 1
Toast bread on your Baking Sheet or in a toaster oven until golden brown.
STEP 2
Top with sliced figs, pistachios, sea salt and a drizzle of honey. Enjoy!
